Absolutely, hands down, the best customer service I have received,. Walking into their Boutique is like going over to families. Joey is the salt of the earth kind of person that Mani and I have been lucky enough to have apart of our journey. He is trust worthy and honest. They have beautiful pieces and real diamonds to show you on site. When we walk in they offer us espresso and always polish my ring. They really go the extra mile. When Mani told me about the process of buying the ring I asked him if he was nervous and he said no that Joey was a gentleman and made the experience stress free. My engagement ring is stunning and our wedding bands are beautiful. Thank you Joey and the entire team. We love you and you will always be our go to!

I am very picky, so my boyfriend knew that I would have to be part of the ring picking process. We had spent weeks looking at rings at big and small jewellery companies but I couldn't find the perfect ring that fit our budget.What drew me to La Boutique was that they carried Noam Carver and Verragio rings. What kept me there was the excellent service. Silvana was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but she was never pushy in any way. She worked within our budget and was VERY patient! When I had a model ring ordered in, she didn't even blink an eye when I didn't fall in love with it.She gave my boyfriend and I the time and space to discuss our options and she never pressured one or other when we were indecisive, which I found very professional. Additionally, every time we came in she offered us tea, coffee, or bottled water. She kept in touch with all the various updates of the ring and tried to get it to me as soon as possible.In the end she just wanted me to be happy with the ring I got and I am! We will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands!

Tina is very knowledgeable and so easy going to work with. She has really good suggestions and good taste. She's really patient and let me try on several styles in different sizes at my own pace.
